Big hype, little substance

While the hotel might seem inviting, my experience was tainted by cleanliness issues and unpleasant odors in the room. The front desk staff were friendly, but their service was hindered by confusion and lack of follow-through. Overall, it left much to be desired for the price. Look elsewhere for a more reliable stay.

Proximity to STL airport, ample parking space, availability of modern amenities

Cleanliness in the hallways and public areas is a must if they want guests to return. Also, the maintenance of facilities really needs attention!!!

I had a lovely stay! The pool and the cozy lounge were perfect for unwinding after a long day, and I really appreciated how clean the room was. Just a small thing, the Wi-Fi dropped once, but it didn't ruin my good time! 😊

Surprised by the hospitality

The beds felt like clouds, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The warm welcome we received felt like a hug after a long journey.

However, the bathroom needed better cleaning. dust and hair from previous guests were evident, which left me uneasy during our stay.
